I was very pleased and impressed with the entire staff. Had my daughters 11th birthday party with them and they were extremely professional and kind...All of the girls had a wonderful experience and the owner was very accommodating...I can't say anything but good things about them as what we experienced was simply the best.
Great job Spoiled Rotten team! Your tenacity has keep me encouraged as I enter my 6 years in the kid salon business. Your efforts has been a real inspiration to me. I will never be the one to criticize people who try to make a difference. Haters hung the last perfect on a cross. But what they did not know was that Jesus used them to do what he was put on this earth to do. Die for our sins. So yours and my haters are being used to help us do what we were born to do. Succeed!! Omg!!! I was getting so excited to call and book a birthday for my soon to be 5 year old girl but nvm these comments all are saying the same thing this lady must be a b**** and I don't have time I just want my daughter to have fun I'll take my money somewhere else. Thanks for the heads up
then again from reading reviews i dont think i want my daughter there because the same mgr that was ruude on the phone with me must be the young lady i see everybody commenting about how rude she is. that unprofessional!
My Daughter and her Friends had a ball!!! A real diva experience and most of all the owner was very nice and welcome us with a smile. And the fashion show was everything thanks for helping my baby enjoy her 9th birthday
I think its stupid they converted all there locations to party buses. I just wanted to treat my daughter and they telling me i have to pay for 5 or more kids. that crazy i dont even know 5 kids in that age range...
